This Agreement governs the subscription of Website Design, Development, and other Internet-related services provided by Consiliuma. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance

By accepting a quote from Consiliuma, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. It is not necessary to sign a formal acceptance for them to apply.

Charges

The charges for our services are defined in the project quotation provided to the client via email. Quotations are valid for 7 days. Consiliuma may alter or decline to provide a quotation after this period.

Unless otherwise agreed, a minimum of fifty (50) percent of the project quotation total is required as an advance payment before the work is supplied for review. The remaining fifty (50) percent is due upon completion of the work.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer, and the relevant bank details will be provided on invoices. Cheques are no longer accepted.

Client Review

During the design phase and upon completion of the overall website development, Consiliuma will provide the client with an opportunity to review the appearance and content of the website. If no feedback or objections are received within three (3) days of the materials being made available, they will be deemed accepted and approved.

Turnaround Time and Content Control

Consiliuma aims to install and publicly post or supply the client’s website by the agreed-upon date, as specified in the project proposal. Any delays must be specifically requested by the client and agreed upon by Consiliuma.

In return, the client agrees to designate a single primary contact to facilitate efficient communication and progress the project in a timely manner.
